torrentspy has all six of them in one download completely free. and i have them and they work perfectly….

Itunes has it (all you have to do is have an account and then buy it and it will be in your library) and audible.com probably has it (i'm not 100% sure though, you'll have to check).

I got them from my public library and Jim Dale does a great job reading them. You might check the websites of companies that rent or sell audiobooks such as BooksOnTape. I don't know if any of them allow downloading. If they do it won't be free.

Googling "audio books + download + harry potter" brought me to the link below. I guess they have a subscription service. It’s one option, anyway.
