I just started ripping all my audio books from cd’s and uploading them to my iPod and it would be so much easier to keep track and organize the digital copier if the multiple tracks could be combined into one mp3 file. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
They aren’t divided by chapter right now and I can correct any mistakes that may appear, I just need a viable solution XD

You can’t combine the actual files without creating lots of problems when you play them, such as bookmarking, and chapter breaks would be nonexistent. You can create sub-folders within the folder to help you keep the files organized but keeping the files organized isn’t the big issue. In whatever media manager software you’ll play them, create playlists and organize them there.

I’m using a PC right now, windows vista, which i hate! I’m looking into buying a new macbook, and i want to make sure my camera will be compatible. On my PC, i can’t make videos using windows movie maker, because the audio doesn’t work. I read the books, researched it, changed settings, and asked questions here on yahoo about it, but it still doesn’t work. I have looked on Youtube to see if anyone has made videos with a Nikon P100, and all the videos are done on a mac.

I’ve always had macs, but my house was broken into, and they stole my macbook pro, so my brother had an extra pc, and gave it to me. So I am experienced using macs, and i have made many videos using imovie. But i’ve bought a new camera, and have never used it on a mac, and i want to make sure it will work.

So, if anyone has a mac and a nikon p100 and they make video, does it work well?

how do nikon cameras and imovie do together?

Thanks so much for the help!
I’ve been so frustrated the last couple of months trying to figure this out, so any help at all is appreciated greatly!

well, you can get the satisfied answer according to Nikon P100 digital camera specs, just make clear the formats that Nikon compatible with, while imovie supports mpeg-4.

the point is that you need one video converter that convert Nikon format to the mpeg-4 that imovie happy to edit, it seems the issues clear, now go get the powerful iorgsoft mpeg-4 video converter, i believe it can solve the problem effectively!

Get it as the following link and see the step by step guide carefully. it is worthwhile a successful experience!

Help me write an award winning essay on "The Digital Age Class Room"
Dear all,
I need your favor. Please help me write an essay on the digital age classroom. As we all know computers and technology can greatly increase the level of education! Please give me some points considering the following :

1)FORMAT

introduction
how can we implement computer in disseminating education.
hardware
importance in each subject
software
benefits to the school management
advantages
disadvantages and solution
conclusion

Here are few of the details :
solutions make it possible for you to realistically achieve your school’s vision for education, where students are more engaged, teachers are more interactive, administrators are more effective, technologists are more efficient, parents are more involved and communities are more aware. Technology was going to be the backbone of the new school, so it was essential that we partner with a technology corporation that had the understanding, knowledge, skill and service model to help us make our plan a reality.
The idea behind the Dell Connected Classroom is simple: through its ability to stimulate learning on multiple levels, technology can enhance the classroom experience for both teachers and students. And if we can inspire students to utilise technology to learn inside the classroom, we might be able to inspire them to use it for learning throughout their lives. By working closely with educators and partners, Dell has designed technology solutions that help propel students, teachers and schools to a higher level of performance.
Equip teachers and students of all ages with technology designed just for them.

The Latitude™ 2100 Net-book, is designed to meet the technology needs of students, and is suitable for any classroom environment.

We also offer a broad range of notebooks in the Latitude™ E Series family, powered by Intel® Core™2 Duo Processors, for more complex applications.

Ideal for teachers, the Latitude™ XT2 Tablet is an ultra-portable, high-performance device. With a Multi tech screen and pen, it allows for greater teacher-student interaction.
Using multimedia technology to provide visual, auditory and kinesthetic experiences, you can significantly increase your student’s understanding and retention of lessons.

Interactive whiteboards, projectors, and audio systems help teachers differentiate instructions for multiple learning styles, individualise lessons for each student’s needs, and encourage students to collaborate and communicate their ideas through technology.
Extend the classroom beyond its four walls. From any device, Dell can assist in providing anytime, anywhere access to rich content so students can commute from classroom to kitchen table.
Thanks to this seamless integration of technology into the classroom, students can now learn in ways that most interest them, giving them a vested interest in their learning experience. They are empowered to express themselves creatively and share their learning. And they have greater opportunities to explore the world around them, extending learning within and beyond the traditional classroom walls.

THESE DETAILS ARE BY ORGANIZERS , so i cant use it in essay but can just take an idea !

I wouldn’t pay $3000 USD for that.
I don’t understand how it could have got that expensive.

+Upgrade the power supply

I cannot seem to get my brand new Dell Studio 15 laptop with a Radeon Mobil 4570, to connect to my Broksonic 32” CCVG-3276 LCD TV properly. I have searched through to online support items without any success. Another problem I seem to be having is that the online support chat page does not want to load on my laptop. All other websites work fine, but after I fill out my info on the page before the chat I click start session, then the page comes up and after a few minutes tells me I have connection problems. Then I click diagnose connection problems and Windows tells me that there is no problem. This problem is secondary to me getting the connection from the laptop to the TV though.

I know that the HDMI cable is good, because it is the same cable that we use from the cable box to the TV. I am also using the same input from the laptop to the TV as we do with the cable box. So, I know I have the TV on the correct input. I also know that the input on the TV works fine as well, because when connected to the cable box the picture comes up fine.

I know that I have the latest drivers for the Radeon Mobil 4570. I downloaded them directly from the ATI website just to be sure. I think that it was supposed to have been preloaded on the laptop, but when the trouble started I downloaded and installed them.

I know that the laptop recognizes the TV when the HDMI cable is connected, because it comes up as “ORION” along with the laptop monitor in the devices menu of the catalyst control center. I have it set to duel display, so that both the laptop and TV should have the same screen. Also, I know that the “ORION” device is the TV, because when I disconnect the HDMI cable from the laptop it disappears.

I also know that the TV recognized the signal from the laptop, because whenever I restart the computer the screen that has the Dell symbol as well as the load bar at the bottom when it just starts to boot up shows on both the TV screen and the laptop screen. However, as soon as the windows screen starts to load the TV goes black, and the laptop continues to have picture and load like usual.

This television has been hooked to a laptop before. My girlfriend has a Mac book that she connects to the TV on a regular basis.

I’ve copied the specifications for both the TV and the laptop below; you will also find my dell customer (108987651)and purchase numbers (2001646186425)as well.
The service tag (4TCSKL1) is at the top of the laptop specification. If you could please offer some advice I would be very appreciative.

Best Regards,

If you couldn’t find it on Dell site easy, you could try a program I use. It automatically updates your drivers, saves me a lot of time and frustration. Take a look here for those drivers.

Any player will work in the US. Unless it’s a phone, then there might be some problems.

Just make sure you can connect it to your computer (USB port) and you’ll be all set.

I got a MacBook for Graduation last summer and now i’m in college and need to study over internet and audio lessons, but my speakers are ttly going crazy. its thinks i don’t have speakers.. and its set to Digital Out-Put… it won’t change. I’ve heard that Apple had to replace many other speakers in the Mac Book. Did anyone had the same problem? I don’t know what to do

Check your settings in Audio MIDI setup (Applications > Utilities), but if it says it’s looking for Digital Out-put, it may be a hardware problem. The headphone output has a switch in it so it can toggle between headphones and built in…maybe its stuck.
