The only ones I know about are World War Z and The Zombie Survival Guide. Next best thing would be I Am Legend. There has to be more out there. I commute 3 hours a day so audio books are nice to have. I love zombies!

See if your public library has any of these in audio book form.

The Creative Zen V or Zen V Plus will work with both. I have one. Unfortunately the display is fragile. I have had to replace my unit after I dropped it.

I also think the Sandisk Sansa View will work with these formats. I have not verified this, but Audible supports it, and it claims to be Play For Sure compatible.

www.torrentportal.com might work, or www.btmon.com, or piratebay. There was another site but it was very limited and I forgot what the site was.
I keep hearing Demonoid got pulled because of PSP issues and then I hear they’re experince technical issues…I finally get a chance to join when registration is open and now this…That bites.

I heard there’s a site you can get free audio books, I’m looking for The Shack by Wm. Paul Young, The Messenger by Tim Woodroof, ad Half Time by Bob Buford

YAKiToMe! http://www.yakitome.com can turn any electronic text into a free audio book that you can safely and legally download. They also have a public library of user-submitted content that you can listen to immediately.

The best is probably something like Cool Edit, or adobe audition.

These are expensive and not too eaasy to work out upon first use.

There are loads of free audio editors on the web though, i have one called wavepad, it is really easy to use and saves things in all sorts of files like mp3, realaudio and aac.

good for converting files that wont play on my mp3 player

I’m only learning German, and i want new media to practice on.(there’s a point where all the small talk of teachining tapes drives me mad). I really like Douglas Adams and i know all his stuff by heart (so i can follow the plot in German even though at the moment i speak very little German), I have the German version of his first book and i’m loving it, but i want more.

Some problems i’m encountering are:

1. I am having trouble understanding the German sites, to to find what i want, and i’m a bit unsure about payment and stuff in Englich so once it’s in German i’m just lost.

2. I don’t have a credit card and can’t get one for a while, so i’m a bit stuck on payment options. (I could borrow a friend’s credit card if there’s no other way, but i’d preffer to avoid it.)

Amazon – you can find any German book in Amazon
beside have a look at these 2 sites and have fun
