You can but they are expensive. Just type the author you are looking for, and it will list the books.

What is a good site where i can join and download free audio books without having to pay.
And where it is safe with no virus or anything.
Also when you are not limeted to only downloading like 1 a month or something.

Well, like the title says, I’m a little confused!
I would like to download some audio books from my audio CD collection.
How would you do this, and also, to make the file fit onto a 6GB (baring in mind, other songs are on it too) would you need to compress the file?

Following your instruction now, just hope they all fit on my mp3!

I added a couple of audibook CDs to my iPod in exactly the same way as a normal CD. Just put the audiobook CD in and rip it the same way as a CD, then transfer it to the mp3 player.

One of the books I have is The Colour of Magic. The story is abridged, but still requires 3 CDs, but it only takes up about 165MB of space on my iPod.

If you are using iTunes, you need to make sure that the Genre of the tracks is listed as Books & Spoken to make sure that it’s listed as an audiobook.

I am learning to speak english. I think that I can read easily but to speak or to listen in a very hard work for me. Because of than i want to "tune" my ears listening native speakers and reading at the same time. I would like novelist like S. King, J. Grisham, S. Sheldom, etc. because I can get their books in english here in Chile.

Download Shareaza or Limewire! I don’t know if you can find audio books by the writers you mentioned, but I downloaded The Old Man and The Sea narrated by Charleton Heston from Limewire and it was great.

You can get classics from Librivox but your book is not a classic. See if your public library has the audio. It is stealing from the author and the actor that read the book to download it from the internet.
